REFUND POLICY
In the event of any tour being cancelled by us, a full refund will be given.
In the event of cruise ship being unable to port a full refund will be given.
We reserve the right to cancel tours based on operational or safety reasons.
We reserve the right to alter the order or inclusions of itineraries for operational and safety reasons.
Refunds are not given when itineraries alter.
Bookings are not confirmed without payment.
If you need to change a date for your tour, changes are subject to availability. No charges are made for date changes if made at least 72 hours prior to your booked tour commencing.
If you need to cancel a tour with us no charges (apart from booking fee/credit card fees) are made if cancellation is at least 72 hours prior to your booked tour commencing.
We reserve the right to cancel departures if we do not have sufficient numbers of passengers required for a particular tour.
Our tours are suitable for people with reasonable level of fitness.
In the event of personal injury or sickness to any passengers or damage/loss of property that might occur we can not be held responsible. For those reasons travel insurance that protects passengers financial commitments against illness, injury, loss/ damage to personal belongings is recommended.
We endeavor to ensure that all the information and prices on our website are accurate, however changes and errors occasionally occur and we reserve the right to correct prices and other details in such circumstances.
In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage arising from loss of data or profits arising out of or in connection with, the use of this website.
